The presidential suite was fine, but the bar service could really use improvement.

the hotel was located next to the dolomites as well as plose. the location was wonderful in the middle of the city and the staff here was very amiable. they served good food in the restaurant for breakfast.

The tea at breakfast was abominable, cheap-ish paper bags yield nothing but disappointment. An unimpressive long drive from attractions? Woudl ve been nice if they upgraded my room to something fitting for my stature, but I guess they don't treat everyone like royalty. Truly, I almost gave a good review, but this was just disappointing.

Yo, we were blown away. The views are straight outta a postcard, and every meal had us like, 'Wow, they really outdid themselves. ' The staff? Super chill and accommodating. Yoga and hiking were solid, but don't come if you want a party town-this is about peace and relaxation. Plus, five-course dinners are life!

This charming hotel offers a cozy kids' club, which my children loved. The gorgeous scenery surrounding the place made our family hiking adventures even more exciting, and the food was inventive and delicious! Staying with my elderly parents was easy with all the helpful amenities.

My wife says that the winding roads to the hotel could be tricky, especially for families.
